Good business management revolves around developing strategic systems to ensure that you and your people can get things done quickly and efficiently, time and again, in a predictable, structured and cost-effective way.
In my experience, I’ve noticed that a lot of so-called “business management” is actually not management at all. It’s dysfunctional, and huge amounts of resources and money are wasted unnecessarily.
I’ve had a lot of success getting to grips with this problem, often quite quickly and easily, by placing simple, repeatable systems in place for people and processes and giving people more life.
